City Celebrates Opening of New Wastewater Treatment Building

Open House Mon., Oct. 20 at 5:30 p.m.

The City of St. Charles is celebrating the completion of the new Biosolids and Operations Building at the Main Wastewater Treatment Plant. There will be an Open House Mon., Oct. 20, at 5:30 p.m. at the building at 1405 S. 7th Ave.

Suspicious Incident Involving a Child

On 10-14-14 at approximately 7:15 a.m., a 13-year-old male middle school student was walked south from W. Main St. in the parking lot of the Valley Shopping Center, 1500 W. Main Street. At this time, a male subject called out "Hey" to the 13-year old.

Early Voting Available at the Municipal Building

Early Voting Begins Monday, October 20

Early voting for the 2014 Midterm Election is available at the St. Charles Municipal Building, 2 E. Main St., for Kane County residents who are registered to vote. Early voting is offered from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, Oct. 20-24 and Oct. 27-31.
