Peggy Forster, Director of Information Systems, to Retire after 37 Years with the City

Peggy Forster, Director of Information Systems, recently announced she will retire from the City of St. Charles effective June 30, 2015. Forster has served the City for 37 years, in the role of Director since 1997. She started her career with the City as a part-time data processing consultant in 1978.

St. Charles Police Department Youth Police Academy Registration Deadline is June 5

The class will run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., June 15-19, and is open to ages 13-16

June Utility Bills will Reflect Rate Changes for Water, Sewer and Electric

Annual rates have been set for City of St. Charles water, sewer and electric utility customers. The rates were approved at the May 4, 2015, City Council meeting and will begin showing up on utility bills in June.

Free Community Shredding Event June 6

Saturday, June 6, 10 a.m. to Noon

The St. Charles Police Department and KCT Credit Union are hosting a free community shredding event to help citizens keep important information out of the hands of identity thieves.
