Bicycle Registration
If a bike is lost or stolen, registration assures that, if recovered, the bike can be traced to its owner.
Bicycle permits are issued only to residents of St. Charles for a $1 fee per bike.
Apply at the Police Department and receive a metal tag to affix to your bicycle.
Please have the following information about your bicycle ready when registering:

- Model;
- Number of speeds;
- Color;
- Style (boy/girl);
- Frame size;
- Wheel size;
- Serial number;
- Accessories (e.g. headlight, bell, etc.)
