Ride Along Program (For Residents of St. Charles)
The Ride Along Program is a program where residents can have the opportunity to ride along with an officer for a three-hour period of his choice and to see what type of duties might be expected of a St. Charles Police Officer. Criminal history checks are run on the prospective ride along applicants prior to approval. If approved, the applicant will be allowed to observe all activities that do not have elements of personal risk.
