2008 Safety Town
Registration - March 15, 2008
Classes - June 16-August 7 (various times/dates)
The Safety Town program is designed for children ages 5 to 6. It aims to develop confidence, self-reliance, and decision-making skills. Topics include fire safety, stranger awareness, emergency situations, transportation safety, bicycle and pedestrian safety, animal care, water safety, poison awareness, and gun safety. Children must be residents of the St. Charles School District 303 or St. Charles Fire Protection District. A review session is offered to graduates of the 2007 Safety Town program.
