Christmas Tree Pickup
Christmas and holiday trees are collected free of charge in January. Violia, the City's residential refuse hauler, will be picking up Christmas and holiday trees according to the following schedule. No stickers are needed on the trees.
East Side - January 7, 2008
West Side - January 14, 2008
Christmas and holiday trees should be placed at the parkway. Please be sure to remove all garland, tinsel, ornaments
and other decorations, as they could cause damage to the City’s
mulching equipment and personnel. Wreaths with wire frames and roping
should be placed in a regular refuse bag, as the chipper cannot handle
this type of material.
