Planning Division The Planning Division handles the application process for proposed new developments when approval is needed from the Plan Commission, City Council Planning & Development Committee, Historic Preservation Commission, or Board of Zoning Appeals. We work with applicants to make sure the necessary information is provided, notify nearby property owners about upcoming public hearings, and respond to citizens' questions. We also review any plans that are submitted and provide a report of our findings to the appropriate Commission or Committee. |
