The City of St. Charles does not require general business licenses. Licenses are required for the sale of liquor and tobacco, as well as a few other assorted licenses as listed below. All licensing is handled in the Mayor's office. The Mayor is also the City Liquor Commissioner. Following are links to license applications and information about the licenses:
