Industrial/Retail Development Proposed for Kirk Rd

Paul Hemmer Companies has begun construction work of light industrial condos ranging from 10,000-30,000 sq. ft. on Kirk Road, just north of Division St. on the east side of Kirk with some retail on Kirk Road. This 72-acre site is being developed in two phases. Phase I would encompass 36 acres to the north of the property, and Phase II would be to the south. Precast buildings will offer a creative and attractive office park-type setting. The concept is to design the buildings as a shell, and square footage flexibility will be offered during construction. Streets and cul-de-sacs would be well landscaped. A sales/information trailer is on site and now open by appointment. For more information on this development, contact the Economic Development Department at (630) 443-4093.
