Stakeholder Workshop 2 - On April 19, 2008, Approximately 50 City of St. Charles’ stakeholders met in seven table groupings for a second Stakeholder Workshop to:
reflect on the data about our current reality recorded in the first Workshop
refine our expression of purpose
consider guiding principles for our conduct and behavior
envision the future of St. Charles in 2014
recommend actions toward vision achievement in the next two-year period.
In the next few weeks the Design Team, the staff, and the City Council will work with the workshop data to create a draft Strategic Plan for 2014. Finally, the draft Plan will be the subject of a Community Dialogue, so that stakeholders can examine it and make suggestions for improvement prior to its adoption.
