Week of June 17, 2013
The Contractor is continuing with the lane reductions for eastbound and westbound traffic at the intersection of East Main Street and the Smith Road/Kautz Road. The lane reduction is expected to be completed by June 24, 2013 at which time both eastbound and westbound traffic will resume normal traffic patterns. The reasoning for these lane reductions is to complete the remaining exterior roadway patches on both the north side and south side of East Main Street at this intersection.
Week of June 3, 2013
Beginning Monday June 3, 2013 the Contractor will be performing the final lane reduction for eastbound and westbound traffic at the intersection of East Main Street and the Smith Road/Kautz Road intersection. The lane reduction is expected to continue for a period of two weeks at which time both eastbound and westbound traffic will resume normal traffic patterns. The reasoning for these lane reductions is complete the remaining exterior roadway patches on both the north side and south side of East Main Street at this intersection.

Week of May 27, 2013
The Contractor will continue with curb installation work on East Main Street between Tyler Road and Kirk Road. The contractor was able to frame and prepare for the installation of the new curbing on the east side of Dunham Road. Included with this concrete work will be permanent concrete patching for the proposed roadway widening.

Week of May 13, 2013
The Contractor is expecting to modify the existing traffic patterns for the next stage of construction beginning Friday May 17, 2013. Commuters should take caution when driving through the construction zone during these modifications.

Week of May 6, 2013
Construction activities associated with the new bridge near Powis Road are expected to continue through the next few months. Work at the bridge is expected to be completed by mid-July 2013. Currently work activities are focused on the center lanes of the bridge with traffic being diverted to the new outside lanes.
