Utility Billing
and Collections Division
The Utility Billing and Collection Division
collects and processes utility payments from residents
and businesses for utilities provided by the City of
St. Charles, including electric, water and sewer. This
is also the place to go to set up a new utility account,
transfer service, register
to vote, purchase refuse bags or tags, replace recycling
bins, and absentee vote. Their knowledgeable, friendly
staff are ready to help with any utility needs.
