City of St. Charles trash bags, yard waste bags, and refuse stickers can be purchased at local supermarkets. City trash and yard waste bags are sold in packages of five and are usually found on the shelves by other garbage bags. Refuse stickers are sold in-groups of five and are usually found at the service desk. For your convenience, small quantities of these items can be purchased at the Utility Billing office in the Municipal Building, 2 E. Main St. Recycling bins can also be picked up and/or purchased at the Utility Billing office.
