Update - 8/5/19

This week the contractor will be pouring concrete curbs and sidewalks, paving the asphalt binder course and adjusting structures in the roadway.  Next week the contractor will complete the asphalt surface course.  Landscape restoration will be ongoing.

Update 8/05/19 – Anticipated construction work for the week of August 5-9

East Side Streets

  • Cedar Avenue – Concrete sidewalk and curb
  • Fieldgate Road – No work at this time
  • Majestic Oaks Drive – Roadway fabric and asphalt surface
  • State Avenue – Concrete sidewalk and curb

West Side Streets

Update - 7/25/19

Anticipated construction work for the week of July 29- August 2

East Side Streets

  • Cedar Avenue – Sawcutting ,concrete removal and replacement
  • Fieldgate Road – No work at this time
  • Majestic Oaks Drive – Milling asphalt, paving asphalt surface
  • State Avenue – Sawcutting ,concrete removal and replacement

West Side Streets

Update - 7/24/19

The storm sewer replacement work is complete.  The contractor is working on clean up and site preparation in the rear yards of Matisse Drive this week for the landscape restoration which is scheduled for next week.  Tree replanting will take place in early fall when the weather is more suitable for a successful transplant.

Update - 7/19/19

Next week the contractor will begin landscape restoration and install the new cured-in-place liner on the old sanitary sewer main. Landscape restoration and contract punch list items will continue into early August.

East Side Streets
