The public is encouraged to participate in City meetings. As a result of the coronavirus, we encourage remote attendance using Zoom online conferencing. The meeting is available as an audio conference only. This allows you to hear first-hand the discussion and City Council roll call voting in real time. In-Person Meeting Attendance
In-person attendance at the meeting is allowed following the Governor’s Restore Illinois Phase 4 guidelines. A limited number of chairs have been set up in Council Chambers, recognizing 6-ft. social distancing. All visitors must wear a mask when entering the building and when 6 ft. distance from others cannot be maintained.
