Due to the scope and complexity of this project, weather delays, and some unforeseen circumstances, project completion has been pushed back to later this fall. The contractor has worked to make some repairs to he temporary patches on N. 5th Avenue to provide a smoother driving surface. They have also worked to clean up the right-of-way and other work areas, removing debris and construction materials that will are not needed for future work. The contractor will continue to work on the watermain along N. 5th Avenue later this week and into the coming weeks in preparation for the connection of the water services to the new mains.
