How to Set Up or Turn Off Utilities

If you are moving out of your home and you want to cancel service and close your utility account, you first need call the Utility Billing office at 630.377.4426 to schedule a final meter reading. Please Note: When you call, the earliest we can schedule a reading is the next business day. Readings are done Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We do not do readings on weekends and holidays.

If you are moving into a new home and want to set up utility service, we need one business day to create your utility account. Also, please be sure to have the complete address of your new residence available so we can set up your service properly.
