Applying for Jobs at the City Just Got Easier

The City recently launched a new online job application process that makes applying for open positions at the City easier than ever.

Potential job candidates interested in working at the City can visit the City’s Jobs page on the website at for a list of open positions. When they click on a position title they are redirected to the site to learn more about the open position and to apply.  Applicants create an online profile with a username and password and then fill out the application information and upload a resume.

Completed application information and uploaded resumes can be saved and used to apply for future job openings at the City or for any job posting on Applicants for City of St. Charles jobs also can view the status of their application at any time in the process, and can sign up for job alerts when new positions open up.

With up to 400 applicants for some City job postings, the new system helps the City’s Human Resources Department expedite application processing.
