Plan Commission - 525 S. Tyler Rd. Units M1 & M2 - Special Use - 6/18/19

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Plan Commission of the City of St. Charles, Illinois on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 2 E. Main Street, St. Charles, Illinois, at which time and place the Commission will consider, for the purposes of making a recommendation to the City Council, the following:

A Petition filed by United Pentecostal Church of Schaumburg, Inc. requesting Special Use for a Place of Worship for the property addressed as 525 S. Tyler Rd., Units M1 and M2, in St. Charles, Illinois, legally described as follows:

UNIT M IN TYLER RIDGE CONDOMINIUM IN SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 40 NORTH, RANGE 8 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OWNERSHIP AND PLAT OF SURVEY ATTACHED THERETO AS EXHIBIT “A”, RECORDED FEBRUARY 20, 1990 AS DOCUMENT 90K08890, IN KANE COUNTY, ILLINOIS; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED PERCENTAGE INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME.

All persons who want to attend the public hearing are welcome to do so.  Anyone wishing to be heard for or against the Special Use request may submit statements orally or in writing or both.  A copy of the petition requesting said Special Use is on file and is available for inspection during normal business hours at the City of St. Charles Planning Division, 2 E. Main Street, 2nd Floor, St. Charles, Illinois and at the St. Charles Public Library, Local Document File, 1 South 6th Avenue, St. Charles, Illinois.
