- The most North portion of the squad garage has been poured. This allows the main building material and equipment to be moved out and into this area. This will help the finish trades increase efficiency.
- The locker rooms are almost complete. The lockers are installed, and the border ceiling tiles have been dropped. We leave out the remaining ceiling tiles for the testing and balancing to continue.
- The west stairwell framing and drywall is complete. With recently answered RFIs we can now proceed with the east.
- The lobby desk which has bullet proof drywall is framed and ready for casework. The quartz contractor will be on site tomorrow to field measure the tops.
- The testing and balancing started on Tuesday and fortunately they have not had to adjust much of the HVAC work. They have been very complimentary of our mechanical subcontractor and we feel lucky to have such great team members out here.
