Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Plan Commission of the City of St. Charles, Illinois on Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 2 E. Main Street, St. Charles, Illinois, and by audio/visual conference, at which time and place the Commission will consider, for the purposes of making a recommendation to the City Council, the following:
A Petition filed by Chance Bedertscher, Lavelle Law Ltd., requesting Special Use for a Place of Worship for the property addressed as 525 S. Tyler Rd., in St. Charles, Illinois, legally described below, and proposing to repeal Ordinance No. 2019-Z-14 “An Ordinance Granting Approval of Special Use for a Place of Worship (525 S. Tyler Rd., Units M1 & M2 – St. Charles United Pentecostal Church”.
UNIT L IN TYLER RIDGE CONDOMINIUM IN SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 40 NORTH, RANGE 8 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OWNERSHIP AND PLAT OF SURVEY ATTACHED THERETO AS EXHIBIT “A”, RECORDED FEBRUARY 20, 1990 AS DOCUMENT 90K08890, IN KANE COUNTY, ILLINOIS; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED PERCENTAGE INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME.
The public hearing will be held at the location identified above and as an audio/visual conference. Participation instructions will be posted the Friday before the public hearing at www.stcharlesil.gov/meetings. Anyone wishing to be heard for or against the Zoning Map Amendment request may submit statements orally or in writing or both.
