Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Plan Commission of the City of St. Charles, Illinois on Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 2 E. Main Street, St. Charles, Illinois, and by audio/visual conference, at which time and place the Commission will consider, for the purposes of making a recommendation to the City Council, the following:
A petition filed by CIMA Developers, LP requesting that the property described below, upon its annexation to the City of St. Charles, be rezoned from RE-1 Single-Family Estate Residential District to BR Regional Business District and be granted a Special Use for a Planned Unit Development for the purpose of developing a gas station and car wash.
