Please keep in mind that there is a 24-hour time limit to park on any street in the City of St. Charles. This parking time limit supports the idea that City streets are for the movement of vehicles, not the storage of them. If a vehicle is to be parked longer than 24 hours, it must be parked on the owner’s property—and only on driveways and other solid surface areas.
