The contractor will be completing the installation of all underground utilities this week. The concrete and asphalt schedule, weather pending, is as follows:
Week of October 5th: The contractor will begin removal of the existing roadway, which will be followed by the installation of a new stone base. This work will be completed one leg of the project at a time. This work will require daytime closures of the roadway. Please be alert for orange door tags that will notify you of the road closures that impact your driveway access. Residents will be asked to relocate any cars needed during that specific day before 7 AM. Driveway access will be available each evening and on weekends. Each section is anticipated to take 2 to 3 days to complete the pavement removal and stone base installation process. Please note that emergency access will be available if necessary.
Week of October 12th: The contractor will be performing concrete curb construction, as well as any concrete driveway replacements. Concrete work will be completed in phases, allowing driveway access at all times during this phase of construction.
