Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of St. Charles, Illinois on Thursday, October 22, 2020 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 2 East Main Street, St. Charles, Illinois, at which time and place the Board will consider the proposed variation to the regulations of the Zoning Ordinance of St. Charles, Illinois, as follows:
Variation Application V-1-2020, submitted by Zach Derrico, record owner of the subject property, at 620 N 3rd Ave., in the City of St. Charles, Illinois, requesting to construct a detached garage 5ft. from the rear lot line of a through-lot, based upon the site plan submitted with the Application.
The Zoning District for the subject property is RT-1 Traditional Single Family Residential.
