Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Plan Commission of the City of St. Charles, Illinois on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 2 E. Main Street, St. Charles, Illinois, at which time and place the Commission will consider, for the purposes of making a recommendation to the City Council, the following:

A Petition for Special Use filed by William F. Bochte, on behalf of record owners: First Street Development, LLC; First Street Development II, LLC; and the City of St. Charles, requesting to amend Planned Unit Development Ordinance No. 2006-Z-29 (Section 6.A), as amended by Ordinance No. 2016-Z-18, with respect to first floor use regulations. The subject property is the First Street Redevelopment PUD, first-floor level of existing Buildings #1, #2, #3, #4 and planned Buildings #6 and #8, generally located south of W. Main St., West of the Fox River, East of S. Second St., and north of Indiana St., including the following addresses and property index numbers and as legally described below:

The public hearing will be held at the location identified above and as an audio/visual conference. Participation instructions will be posted the Friday before the public hearing at www.stcharlesil.gov/meetings. Anyone wishing to be heard for or against the Special Use Amendment request may submit statements orally or in writing or both.
