Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Plan Commission of the City of St. Charles, Illinois on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 2 East Main Street, St. Charles, Illinois, at which time and place the Commission will consider, for the purposes of making a recommendation to the City Council, the following:
Petition filed by Healthway Services of West Illinois, LLC, applicant, requesting an amendment to Special Use Ordinance No. 2020-Z-10 to extend the Special Use for Recreational Cannabis Dispensing Organization approval for an additional six months for the property addressed as 3714 Illinois Avenue, St. Charles, Illinois, which is legally described as follows:
UNIT C IN ST CHARLES COMMONS CONDOMINIUM, AS DELINEATED ON A PLAT OF SURVEY OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED TRACT OF LAND: LOT 1 IN ST. CHARLES COMMONS SUBDIVISION BEING A RESUBDIVISION OF UNIT 1 IN THE “ST CHARLES” ILLINOIS INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE CENTRAL MANUFACTURING DISTRICT IN SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 40 NORTH, RANGE 8 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN IN KANE COUNTY, ILLINOIS, WHICH PLAT OF SURVEY IS ATTACHED AS EXHIBIT “A” TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED MARCH 19, 1999 AS DOCUMENT NUMBER 1999K029217, AS AMENDED AND RESTATED BY DOCUMENT NUMBERS 2013K067298, 2014K005324 AND 2014K20521; TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED PERCENTAGE INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
