A PUD Preliminary Plan was submitted by Eric Dams, on behalf of GW St. Charles LLC, to remove the vacant bank building at 2600 E Main St. and erect two standalone buildings for the purpose of constucting an immediate care center and Andy's Custard. The Applicant also filed a Special Use for a drive-through for the Andy's Custard Facility.
The Plan Commission held a public hearing on the zoning applications for this development and recommended approval on June 7, 2022. Planning & Development Committee recommended approval on June 13, 2022.
City Council approved the revised plans on October 17th, 2022.
