In October 2022, City Council approved zoning applications to facilitate development of Andy's Frozen Custard and WellNow Urgent Care at the northeast corner of E. Main St./Rt. 64 & Fieldgate Dr. in the Foxfield Commons shopping center.
The project included demolition of the former bank building at 2600 E. Main St. to make way for the new development.
