Casey's Fuel Station
Special Use and PUD Preliminary Plan applications have been submitted by Erik Nikkel, on behalf of Casey's Retail Company, for a Casey's Fuel Station and Convenience store to be located at 2600 E Main Street. The location currently consists of a vacant bank building, which would be removed as part of the proposed plan.
Plan Commission held a public hearing and recommended approval on September 8, 2021.
The Planning and Development Committee reviewed the applications at their October 11, 2021 meeting. The Committee did not approve the project as presented.
