Charlestowne Lakes - Townhome Building Height

D.R. Horton, Inc. has submitted a Special Use application requesting to amend the Charlestowne Lakes PUD. The proposed amendment would increase the allowable building height for the previously approved townhomes from 35 ft. to 37 ft. 9 1/4 in. 

The Plan Commission held a public hearing and recommended approval on March 7, 2023. The Planning & Development Committee recommended approval on March 13, 2023. City Council will take a final vote on March 20, 2023 at 7:00pm.
