A Special Use Application has been submitted by Melissa Olson, on behalf of DRA Properties, to construct a 138' Communication Tower on the property located at 4050 E. Main St. The property currently has a Volkswagen Dealership, which will remain.
The Plan Commission held a public hearing on 8-8-23 and unanimously approved a recommendation approve the Special Use for cellular tower. The Planning and Devleopment Committee reviewed the application at their 8-14-23 meeting and recommend approval. City Council will review the application on 8-21-23.
