McGrath Business Center is a redevelopment of the former Pheasant Run Mega Center and adjacent property to the east, along IL Rt. 64/Main Street, at the eastern gateway to St. Charles.
The project includes:
Phase 1- McGrath Honda Dealership, relocating to the former Mega Center building site, opened in 2022.
Phase 2- New Kia Dealership, planned to be constructed to the east, in 2023.
Phase 3- Future redevelopment of the former golf course maintenance buildings to the east, with additional auto dealers or other commercial uses.
