Munhall Glen Lots 44 & 45

A Special Use Application has been submitted by Court Airhart, Airhart Construction Corp, requesting approval of an amendment to Munhall Glen PUD Ordinance No. 2022-Z-29 in order to reduce the front yard and exterior side yard for Lots 44 and 45. The proposed change would reduce the building setback to a minimum of 10 ft. at the exterior corner of the lots. 

A public hearing will be held by the Plan Commission on December 6, 2022 at 7:00pm. The Plan Commission's recommendation will then go to the Planning & Development Committee of the City Council, followed by the City Council for a final decision.
