Charlie Haapala (Beta Equity Investments) is proposing to develop a Pet Suites pet care facility at 2790 W. Main St., north of the intersection of W. Main St. and Campton Hills Rd. in the Pine Ridge Park PUD. The following zoning applications have been submitted:
1) Special Use requesting an amendment to the Pine Ridge Park PUD to add Pet Care Facility as a Special Use and to allow a deviation from the building design requirements
2) Special Use for Pet Care Facility on the subject property
3) PUD Preliminary Plan
The Plan Commission held a public hearing on the zoning applications on July 21, 2020 and recommended approval. Planning & Development Committee recommended approval on August 10, 2020. City Council approved an Ordinance granting approval of the zoning applications on August 17, 2020. A building permit will be reuqired prior to constrution.
