Pheasant Run Industrial Park is a development of the former Pheasant Run Resort golf course property by Greco DeRosa Investment Group.
Full build out plans include 1.1 million square feet of industrial warehouse uses in 4 buildings on the 84.6 acre property.
The City approved a subdivision and rezoning of the property to the M2 Limited Manufacturing District on April 4, 2022.
The first phase of the project, which includes site work and 2 industrial buildings (C & D) along Kautz Road is nearly complete.
