Pheasant Run Industrial Park

Applications have been submitted by GSI Family Investments of Arizona LLC, requesting approval of a Preliminary Plat of Subdivision and Zoning Map Amendment to the M-2 Limited Manufacturing District for the former Pheasant Run golf course property. 

Preliminary plans depcit four buildings encompassing a total of 1.1 million square feet of industrial warehouse space on the 84.6 acre property. 

A public hearing on the Zoning Map Amendment will be held by the Plan Commission on October 19, 2021 at 7:00pm. Materials will be posted to the meeting webpage the Friday before the hearing. After the Plan Commission makes a recommendation, the project will be scheduled for review by the Planning & Development Committee of the City Council.
