Paymentus is the City of St. Charles’ trusted partner for online utility payments. Use of the Paymentus site is subject to Paymentus website condition of use and Paymentus Privacy Policy and website condition of use.
Customers can pay up to $5,000 per transaction using the online customer portal.
Account balances are updated once per day. Payments made before noon will be reflected on your online account site within 24 hours.
One of the additional benefits of the online payment service is the ability to add multiple accounts using the same profile. When you receive your new account number for the new address, simply add the new account to your online profile.
As a first-time bill payer, you can create an online utility account after you receive your first paper bill in the mail.
You can view your utility usage when you log in to your online utility account under the “Billed Usage” tab. Y
