b. Recommendation to approve a proposal for a D-10 Liquor License Application for
Urban Air, Located at 2732 E. Main St., St. Charles.
c. Recommendation to approve a proposal for an A-6 Liquor License Application for
Chicago Ramen, Located at 2400 E. Main St. Unit 107A, St. Charles.
d. Recommendation to approve an application for a Massage Establishment License
for Tracy Heilers located at 103 S. 11th Ave., Suite 103, St. Charles, IL.
*e. Recommendation to approve a proposal for use of Langum Park for the Fall 2024
Train the Trooper event.
*f. Recommendation to approve Municipal Lot “B” partial closure and IDOT
resolutions for the closure of Main Street (Route 64) from 6th Street to 2nd
Avenue for two High School Homecoming parades on September 13 & 27, 2024.
*g. Recommendation to approve parking lot and street closures outlined in the
attached listing from Thursday, October 10 through Monday, October 14, 2023 for
the annual Scarecrow Weekend.
