Written application for a permit shall be submitted to the St. Charles Fire Department at least 60 days in advance of the date of the pyrotechnic display.
Completed applications can be emailed to fd_admin_support@stcharlesil.gov
Bond checks should be made payable to City of St. Charles and mailed/delivered to St. Charles Fire Department, 112 N Riverside Ave., St. Charles, IL 60174. Permits will not be issued until the bond check has been received.
