Utilities Utilities provided by the City of St. Charles include electric, water, and sewer. Pay your utility bill, set up a new utility account, or transfer service.
Curbside Collection City of St. Charles residents may select between two program options for garbage collection. Program options include a refuse sticker program and a refuse subscription program. The City’s refuse contractor collects and transports residential recyclables to recycling facilities.

Tri-City Ambulance Tri-City Ambulance Service (TCA) is an intergovernmental agency with members consisting of the City of St. Charles, City of Geneva, City of Batavia, Geneva Township and Batavia and Countryside Fire Protection District. The Service oversees the provision of ambulance service to the region that is cost effective and mutually beneficial to the communities involved.
Code Enforcement Code Enforcement works with citizens to resolve issues that impact the quality of life in St. Charles, including violations of the Zoning Ordinance and Property Maintenance Code. Enforcement is accomplished by routine inspections of commercial and residential areas, as well as by responding to citizen complaints.
