McGrath Business Center

McGrath Business Center is a redevelopment of the former Pheasant Run Mega Center and adjacent property to the east, along IL Rt. 64/Main Street, at the eastern gateway to St. Charles.

The project includes:

• Phase 1- McGrath Honda Dealership, relocating to the former Mega Center building site, opened in 2022.
• Phase 2- New Kia Dealership, under construction, with planned completion in Summer 2024.
• Phase 3- Future redevelopment of the former golf course maintenance buildings to the east, with additional auto dealers or other commercial uses.
