Permit Fees
Permit fees can be paid in person by cash, check or credit card. Payments cannot be made over the phone or on the website.
The City does not request or accept payments by wire transfer. If you receive a request for payment or invoice that is not expected or appears suspicious, please contact the Building Division to verify before taking any action.
A submittal fee is required at the time of permit application. Permit applications will not be accepted without the submittal fee.
For permits that require plan review, fees will be calculated during the permit review. Payment for these fees will be due prior to permit issuance.
