Committee of the Whole - Effective February 2026

The Committee of the Whole consolidates the Government Operations, Government Services, and Planning & Development Committees into a single meeting. It is composed of all City Council members and addresses a wide range of issues, including the municipal code; legal and licensing; personnel and labor; finances; public safety; zoning; land use; annexations and development.

1st and 3rd Mondays of every month immediately following the City Council meetings
