6.	Consent Agenda Items are considered to be routine matters and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion on these items unless a council member/citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered in normal sequence on the agenda.
	a.	Motion to accept and place on file minutes of the regular City Council meeting held on July 6, 2026.
	b.	Motion to accept and place on file minutes of the Committee of the Whole meeting held on July 6, 2026.
	c.	Motion to approve and authorize issuance of vouchers from the Expenditure Approval List for the period of 6/22/2026 - 7/5/2026 in the amount of $2,606,121.43.
	d.	Motion to approve and place on file the Treasurer and Finance Report for the period ending May 2026

	f.	Motion to approve the Historic Preservation Commission recommendation to approve a Resolution Authorizing the Mayor and City Council to Execute a Façade Improvement Grant Agreement between the City of St. Charles and Laura Rice (201 Chestnut Ave).
	g.	Historic Preservation Commission recommendation to approve a Resolution Authorizing the Mayor and City Council to Execute a Façade Improvement Grant Agreement between the City of St. Charles and Mason Austin LLC (18 S 3rd Ave).
	h.	Historic Preservation Commission recommendation to approve an Ordinance Designating Certain Property as a Historic Landmark (217 Cedar Ave. “Judge William Barry House”).
	i.	Recommendation to approve a Resolution Authorizing the Execution of a Statement of Interest for a Partnership with the St. Charles Park District for the Redevelopment of the Former Police Department Site.
	j.	Recommendation to approve a Resolution Authorizing the Execution of a Proposal with SB Friedman for Seventh Street Commons – Tax Increment Financing District Designation Support.
	k.	Recommendation to approve a Resolution of Inducement and to Express Official Intent Regarding Certain Expenditures to be Reimbursed from a Special Tax Allocation Fund the City of St. Charles May Establish for a Proposed Tax Increment Financing District to be Commonly Described as the Seventh Street Commons Redevelopment Project Area.
