Historic Preservation Commission recommendation to approve a Resolution Authorizing the Mayor and City Council to Execute a Façade Improvement Grant Agreement between the City of St. Charles and Mason Austin LLC (18 S 3rd Ave).

 

c.

Historic Preservation Commission recommendation to approve an Ordinance Designating Certain Property as a Historic Landmark (217 Cedar Ave. “Judge William Barry House”).

a.

Recommendation to approve a Resolution Authorizing the Execution of a Statement of Interest for a Partnership with the St. Charles Park District for the Redevelopment of the Former Police Department Site.

 

b.

Recommendation to approve a Resolution Authorizing the Execution of a Proposal with SB Friedman for Seventh Street Commons – Tax Increment Financing District Designation Support.

 

c.

Recommendation to approve a Resolution of Inducement and to Express Official Intent Regarding Certain Expenditures to be Reimbursed from a Special Tax Allocation Fund the City of St. Charles May Establish for a Proposed Tax Increment Financing District to be Commonly Described as the Seventh Street Commons Redevelopment Project Area.
