b. Presentation of a Funding Request from the St. Charles Business Alliance in the Amount of $830,000 for FY City Budget 2025-2026.

*a. Recommendation to approve a Resolution amending the Business Improvement Grant Program.

7. Information Systems

a. Recommendation to approve of a Resolution authorizing a nine-month agreement with Straight Path Solutions for Managed SQL Server Database Administration Services for $37,500.
