2026 Roadway Patching Project
PROJECT:
The City will be completing roadway patching and resurfacing in several locations(PDF, 643KB) on the east side of town.
CONTRACTOR:
The contract for this work has been awarded to Schroeder Asphalt Services, Inc. Public Works staff will be overseeing the work and acting as field liaisons to residents and property owners.
START DATES & COMPLETION DATES:
Road repair work is scheduled to take place during the week of September 28th. This work is weather dependent, so dates may be subject to change.
IMPROVEMENTS & PROCESS
The Contractor intends to grind each location and pave the site within 48 hours of grinding, depending on weather conditions. Resurfacing allows us to repair the deteriorating surface at the selected locations.
PROPERTY ACCESS & PARKING:
Roads will remain open to traffic during construction. However, access may be briefly limited while grinding or paving is taking place.
GARBAGE SERVICE:
Garbage service will not be interrupted during construction.
