In August 2024, City Council approved a PUD Preliminary Plan filed by Palano Property Group, LLC to construct six townhome units on Lots 7-12 in The Oaks of St. Charles townhome development (Fox Glade PUD).
The property is located on the west side of Roosevelt Street at White Oak Circle and are the last vacant lots in the development.
Approved plans can be viewed on the Project Documents menu.
Construction of the project is expected to begin in 2025.
