An application for Special Use has been submitted by The Sixty Fore Golf Club, LLC, proposing an indoor golf simulator lounge at 1519 E Main Street, Suite 500.
The proposed use is considered "Indoor Recreation & Amusement" which requires Special Use approval in the M-1 District.
The Special Use application can be viewed on the Project Documents menu.
The St. Charles Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on September 22, 2026 at 7:00pm. Property owners within 250 feet of the subject property will receive a mailed notification with the public hearing date. After the Plan Commission holds the public hearing and makes a recommendation, the application will be reviewed by City Council Committee of the Whole, followed by a final City Council vote.
