City of St. Charles Launches New Utility Billing App

The City of St. Charles has launched a new mobile app that gives City utility customers easy, on-the-go access to their utility bill information — right from a smartphone or tablet.

With the new app, customers can:

View and download PDF versions of a utility bill

Pay using a debit or credit card, Venmo, PayPal, and more (standard $3.95 transaction fee applies)

Set up automatic recurring payments Review payment history

Compare electricity and water usage with previous billing periods

Access many of the same features as the Silverblaze online utility bill portal

Plus, the app includes a direct link to the latest City News newsletter, making it easier to stay informed.
